Come celebrate Mental Health Week by getting Grounded.
Grounded: Creative Conversations in Nature is presented by GC Creative Events Inc. at Hand Bent Banana Art, Nature & Health Centre in Tallebudgera Valley. This free, inclusive event invites community members to reconnect with self, others, and place through arts-led nature experiences —guided walks, singing and sound, collaborative art-making, and creative conversations designed to support mental wellbeing and reduce isolation.
Grounded will especially welcome carers, people with lived experience, regional residents, and vulnerable groups, offering a safe space for expression, connection, and shared healing.
